Majority of Twitter shareholders voted in favor of selling to Musk, Reuters

Shareholders want to sell the company for $44 billion - $54.20 per share (market price -$41.4).

However, Musk himself refuses the deal because Twitter misled Ilon because of spam accounts on the platform. After the reluctance to disclose information about the bots, Twitter shares fell to $32 from $40.

Both sides are expected to discuss the deal in court next month.
