DPRK may fund missile construction with stolen cryptocurrency
The White House believes that cyberattacks and cryptocurrency theft remain a key source of income for the DPRK regime.
The Defense Ministry said that at least half of the country's missile program is financed by these funds.
According to Ann Neuberger, deputy national security advisor for cybercrime and new technologies, federal authorities are doing everything possible to identify and suppress ways of financing the North Korean regime.
