Germany's gas storage capacity is 80.14 percent full - German Federal Network Agency report
"Gas supplies in Germany are currently stable, but the situation is tense and further deterioration cannot be ruled out," the agency said.
However, the storage situation in the EU is developing more positively than a year ago.
The level of gas storages in Europe has now reached the same level as last October (77.5 per cent).
Last year operators were in no hurry to pump gas in the hope of lower prices. This year the EU authorities took the pumping rates under control and regulation.
As a result, gas is pumped to UGS at the most expensive prices in the history of the industry - Interfax.
