The Hong Kong government is preparing a new category of securities. These are "tokenized green bonds" for investment. This is how the authorities are implementing their strategy for the development of Web 3.0 and the crypto-industry.

In parallel, Hong Kong is exploring the idea of opening an international headquarters for blockchain companies:

"Many leading technology companies and startups have contacted the government in recent months. They expect Hong Kong to open an international headquarters or create other conditions to expand their scale of business," commented Paul Chan Mo, the region's financial secretary.
