Italy's Enel closed the sale of its stake in Enel Russia

The transaction amounted to 137 million euros. The buyers were Lukoil and Gazprombank-Fresia Fund, which bought 26.93% and 29.5%, respectively. In total, Enel sold its entire 56.43% stake.

The deal included Russian generating assets, including about 5.6 GW of conventional generation and about 300 MW of wind generation.
