The mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin announced a "covid amnesty" because of the "fall in real incomes of citizens". The executive authorities will stop the collection of assigned but unpaid fines for violations of covid restrictions.

This does not apply to non-compliance with isolation during Covid-19 illness.
The amnesty is effective June 1, 2022.

To obtain the subsidies, residents of Moscow, IE and legal entities may apply to "My Documents" centers until December 31, 2022, attaching a penalty decree and a document confirming payment.

The total amount which will not be recovered or returned is about 13.6 billion rubles.
Since March 3, the QR-code regime and all restrictions on visiting cafes, theaters and other places were canceled in Moscow. Since March 15 - the mask mode.
