SEC approves first bitcoin futures ETF

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the first leveraged cryptocurrency ETF in the US, the 2x Bitcoin Strategy ETF (BITX) by Volatility Shares.

The ETF will align with the CME Bitcoin Futures Daily Roll Index.
